We are not offering a virtual option to attend Commsverse 2023. Due to our limited resources we cannot guarantee production. We will try to record sessions during the in-person event and these will be made available on our Youtube channel after the event has closed.

If we are not sold out and tickets are available, you will be able to purchase a ticket on the day of the event. Please check our event website for availablity before you travel.

Yes there is ample on site parking for attendees. Parking is Free.

Yes, there is free wireless internet available as a courtesy of the venue. Please connect to the guest wifi and sign-in with your email address.

Yes. We have tables and chairs available for you to work in relative quietness. If you do need a private room, this is bookable on the day for no more than 30 minutes at a time.

Your ticket is important as this is used to check you in and print your badge. Please make sure you have your ticket on your phone either as email or via our event app. Not having your ticket will slow your entry into the event.

We offer both traditional and vegan menu choices for all our meals. If you require specialist menu e.g. gluten free this is possible, please contact us and let us know before the event so that we can arrange this with the venue Chef.

If you let us know 45 days or more before the event, then we can issue you with a full refund. Not questions asked.

After this, refunds are not available, but you may transfer your ticket to a colleague. Please contact us to arrange this.
