
This will walk through the core building blocks of an agent that proactively monitors sbc/gateways and alerts teams when it detects critical issues.
This will involve streaming the syslogs from the sbc to a database which will then be analyzed for issues and anomalies. If any are found, the agent will assess the potential impact and send a summary of its findings in Microsoft Teams – it will leverage an llm in various stages from assessment to writing a summary via a custom engine agent.
