Working closely with a range of Microsoft certified vendors including Anywhere365, Luware, Numonix, Code, KeyIVR, Yealink and EPOS. For 2022 I was awarded the accolade of Ambassador of the Year with contact centre and dialogue management partner Anywhere365 and in 2023 received an award from Symity for an Outstanding Contribution in the Sales function for the last year.
Constantly looking to identify new market and customer opportunities which will deliver growth in profitable revenue, I also develop collaborative strong partnerships to facilitate client solutions. Passionate about new technology, my current professional interests orientate around Contact Centres, Unified Communications, STEM Education and in my spare time I run Dungeons and Dragons campaigns for my daughters and their friends, travel as much as possible, enjoy Anime and escape on Microadventures.
