Merethe Stave is Chief Customer Officer and Senior Cloud Architect at CloudWay. She is a Microsoft MVP in Microsoft 365, technologies Copilot and Microsoft Viva, and serves on the boards of both the Norwegian Microsoft 365 Community and IT Forum Vest. She is also part of the organizing teams behind the Women in Microsoft 365 Community and the Employee Experience Community, as well as several local volunteer groups, where she actively works to inspire others to pursue careers in technology and build the bridges between technology and people.

With over a decade of experience in Microsoft 365 and SharePoint, and as it evolved Viva and Copilot, Merethe is passionate about helping organizations build resilient digital workplaces through structured competency development, user adoption, and a strong sharing culture. Her approach is pragmatic and people-centered, supported by certifications such as Prince2 Agile Practitioner and Microsoft Service Adoption Specialist.

Merethe is a frequent international speaker and recognized community leader, known for her contributions to inclusive tech culture and modern workplace innovation across the Microsoft ecosystem. In 2020 she was awarded as one of Norway’s 50 top tech women and Microsoft award for Woman Promoting Microsoft Technology-partner award in 2022.
